Continuum uses a gentle check-in system. If you don't respond to periodic check-ins, your trusted contacts are notified to verify your status before any messages are delivered. This ensures your legacy is shared at the right time.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to new features. If you downgrade, your current features remain until the end of your billing period.
Your artifacts and settings are preserved for 90 days after cancellation, giving you time to reactivate. After that, we securely delete everything. You can also request immediate deletion at any time.
